The property was advertised as a 3 bedroom townhouse, but the bedrooms were small, damp and the 3rd bedroom was small and didn't even have a wardrobe so was unsuitable for our family for the 2 months that we had booked it for. It only has 1 bathroom, and to get to the front door you need to walk past the rubblish bins! The single garage is full of owners things so you can't evenpaek in it. Really disappointing property, but Quinovic sorted out an alternative for us.

Great place and location, well described and pics were spot on. The only thing we found was that the element (rear) on the stove was not working properly, sometimes when you think you have turned it off it isnt. We kept the stove turned off at the wall incase of any accidents. The place could definately benefit from having a dehumidifier, there is mould on the windows and doors as there is sooooo much humidity. Thanks Again Megan

For a split level place in NZ in winter, I expected more than one heater. With a baby arriving that night, I went out to The Warehouse and bought an additional one - which I left at the house. The cleaning of the place had either been done a long time prior to our arrival or is not up to standard - there were long cobwebs hanging from most ceilings. I'm not sure what the standard is for most homes for hire, but a supply of basics for the appliances such as washing detergent and dishwasher tabs would be an improvement. As it was, i bought a stock of all of them and left them at the house - I hope other guests may benefit. But the price and location of this property are superb - it was just little things...
